These photographs sadly show something that does not make us happy…and I am sure you would feel the same, especially when I tell you that 22 young boys ( orphans) sleep every night under this roof and when it rains ( 87% of the time) they get wet including the bedding on a mud floor and illness prevails.
This building is the second of three houses used to accommodate a total of 105 orphans at the Orphanage of Hope (172 orphans come under total care and support) and this old house is sadly is in disrepair.
It needs a new roof and I have listed the cost and what is required.
